Project: Weyerhaeuser K-5 - Rothschild, WI
An insulated asbestos containing panel was used on this building. The high temperature, humidity and gases had deteriorated the vapor barrier and the panel surface to the degree that some of the structural steel needed to be replaced. APW provided a 3" thick foam core panel with a stainless steel interior surface and a galvalume/painted exterior surface. This product was selected for its corrosion resistant surface, super side joint design, insulating value and ease of installation.
